Annex 1. Acceptable Use Policy for Creative Testing Platform

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines the guidelines and rules for the use of our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Creative Testing Platform (CTP or Platform). By accessing and using our Platform, you agree to abide by this Policy. This Policy is designed to ensure a positive and productive experience for all users and to maintain the security and integrity of our services. Violation of this Policy may result in the suspension or termination of your access to our software. Please read this Policy carefully.

1.     Lawful Use: You must use our Platform for lawful purposes only. You shall not use the Platform to engage in any illegal activities or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
2.     User Responsibilities: You are responsible for the content and conduct associated with your account and, tests and surveys. You agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations when creating, distributing, and collecting responses through our Platform.
3.     Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use our survey platform. If you are accessing or using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to this Acceptable Use Policy.
4.     Data Protection and Privacy: You are responsible for ensuring the privacy and protection of any personal or sensitive information collected through the surveys and tests created on our Platform. You must comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations, including obtaining any necessary consents and safeguarding the confidentiality of the collected data.
5.     Prohibited Content: You shall not use the Platform to create, distribute, or store content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. This includes, but is not limited to, content that promotes discrimination, violence, or hate speech.
6.     Intellectual Property Rights: Respect the intellectual property rights of others. Do not use the Platform to distribute or store copyrighted material, trademarks, trade secrets, or any other proprietary information without the necessary rights or permissions.
7.     System Security: You must not attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or compromise the security or integrity of the Platform or any associated systems. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized access, hacking, introducing malware, or any other malicious activities.
8.     User Authentication: Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your account information with others, and promptly notify us if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
9.     Compliance with Policies and Laws: You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies governing your use of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, anti-spam laws, data protection laws, export control regulations, and any other relevant legislation.
10.  Usage Limits: Do not engage in any activities that may adversely affect the performance or availability of the Platform for other users. We reserve the right to enforce fair usage policies and take appropriate action if necessary.
11.  Customer Support: Engage with our customer support team in a professional and respectful manner. Contact them through the designated channels provided by us for assistance or support.
12.  Modification of Policy: We reserve the right to modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website or notifying you directly. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically to ensure compliance.

Failure to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy may result in the suspension or termination of your access to our Platform. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action for violations of this Policy.
