Creative Testing Platform Privacy policy

Creative Testing Platform (“CTP”, “We,” “us,” or “our”) is a service provider for surveys, processing data on behalf of customers using our Platform. Our customers create and have control over their surveys.  

 

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Creative Testing Platform (“CTP”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) collects, uses, and protects the personal information of individuals (“You” or “Users”) who access the creativetestingPlatform.com Website, use our creative testing Platform (“Platform”), or take part in a survey created with our Platform. We are committed to safeguarding Your privacy and ensuring the security of Your personal information. By accessing or browsing our Website, using our Platform or by participating in a survey made on our Platform You confirm that You have read, understood and agree to this Policy.  

1. If You use our Website and/or Platform: 

In this section “You” or “Your” refer to Users and Visitors of our Website and/or Platform. 

1.1 Information We Collect:

a. Personal Information: When You register, sign up for our newsletter, request a demo or use any features on our Website or Platform, We may collect personal information such as Your name, email address, and contact details. We only collect the information necessary to provide our services and communicate with You effectively.

b. Usage Information: We may collect information about Your use of the Platform, including Your IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs. This information helps us analyze trends, improve our services, and enhance the User

1.3 Data Retention:

a. We retain Your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

b. You can delete Your survey data from the Platform at any time, and We will remove it from our active servers. However, please note that deleted data may persist in our backups and archives for a limited period of time.

1.4 Data Security:

a. We implement appropriate security measures to protect Your personal information and survey data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encryption, access controls, firewalls, and regular security audits.

b. While We strive to protect Your data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, We cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials and for any activities that occur under Your account.

1.5 Third-Party Services:

a. Our Platform may integrate with third-party services or contain links to third-party Websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third parties. 2. If You participate in surveys: 

In this section “You” or “Your” refer to respondents taking part in surveys created with the Creative Testing Platform. 

2.1 Anonimity 

Creative Testing Platform (“CTP”, “We,” “us,” or “our”) is a service provider for surveys, processing data on behalf of customers using our Platform. Our customers create and have control over their surveys. They collect information about You, which may or may not include personal information, by using our Platform. We are merely an intermediary Platform to collect the responses that You submit to our Users via surveys.  

CTP does not share Your responses. CTP does not sell or shares Your survey responses with any third party like advertisers or marketers. The survey creator has control over Your response data. On behalf of the survey creator CTP merely acts as a processor of survey data and a host while Your data is in our custody.  

A survey creator has multiple options to collect different kinds of information about respondents. For specific information about the privacy policy and data security measures that apply to a survey You have taken, contact Your survey creator.  

2.2 Information We Collect: 

We process several types of respondent information you provide when taking part in a survey: 

  • Survey responses, i.e., answers of respondents on surveys or online tasks. This may include personal information.  
  • Information collected from tracking technologies: 
  • Usage info (e.g., visitor logs including IP address, cookies, etc.) 
  • Device info (e.g., which browser used, which OS, etc.) 
  • Referral sources (e.g., the source or link that referred respondent to a CTP survey or task) 

2.3 Respondent’s rights 

As a respondent, You have certain rights regarding Your data. You can exercise these rights by submitting a request by sending an email to compliance@creativetestingplatform.com. The following are the rights You can request: 

  • Deletion of Data: You have the right to request the deletion of Your data, either in portions or in its entirety. 
  • Information about Data Collection and Use: You have the right to request details about the data We collect and how We or our customers use Your data. 
  • Access to Personal Data: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data We hold about You. 
  • Correction of Response Data: You have the right to request that We or our customer(s) correct any inaccurate response data We have on file. 
  • Restriction of Data Processing: You have the right to request that Your data be processed only for specific purposes. 
  • Data Portability: You have the right to request Your personal data in a CSV format for the purpose of transferring it to another system. 
  • Objection to Data Processing: You have the right to object to the processing of Your data for purposes to which You have not consented. 
  • Restriction of Automated Decision Making and Profiling: You have the right to restrict the use of Your data in automated decision-making and profiling applications. 

We are committed to respecting and honoring Your rights as a respondent and will handle Your requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. 

Please note that minimal Customer (not Respondent) details will be needed to contact You regarding surveys You filled out. 

2.4 Exercising Your Rights 

You may have the right to obtain information about yourself, correct, update, or delete Your personal information. However, please note that these rights may be subject to exceptions or limitations as defined by local law. It’s important to understand that Your rights and choices may vary depending on Your location. We will make reasonable efforts to verify Your identity and respond to Your requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days of receiving the request. To exercise Your rights, please use the designated form available here. EU and Swiss Individual Rights – For individuals from the European Union (EU) and Switzerland whose personal information has been transferred to us, We offer the opportunity to opt-out of the use of their personal information for purposes other than the original or authorized purpose. To exercise this right, individuals can contact us by completing our automated data request form.
